Oath Services is a professional recruiting and staffing agency that connects job seekers with employment opportunities and assists employers in identifying qualified candidates. Our services include:
Candidate sourcing, screening, and placement
Job posting and candidate matching
Interview coordination and feedback
Offer negotiation support
Industry-specific recruiting in healthcare operations, skilled trades, field service, and IT/technical sectors
SkillBridge program facilitation for transitioning service members (where applicable)
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
4. User Accounts and Registration
4.1 Account Creation
Certain features of our services may require you to create an account or submit personal information. You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and current information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4.2 Account Termination

5. Candidate Terms
5.1 No Fees to Candidates
Oath Services does not charge candidates or job seekers any fees for our recruitment services, resume assistance, interview preparation, or placement support. All candidate services are provided at no cost.
5.2 Application Submissions
By submitting your resume, application, or other materials to Oath Services, you grant us permission to:
Review and evaluate your qualifications
Share your information with prospective employers
Represent you in the recruitment process
Contact you regarding potential job opportunities
5.3 Candidate Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide truthful and accurate information about your qualifications, work history, and experience
Respond promptly to communications from Oath Services and prospective employers
Notify us of any changes to your contact information or job search status
Conduct yourself professionally in all interactions with employers and Oath Services staff
5.4 No Guarantee of Placement
While we strive to connect candidates with suitable opportunities, Oath Services does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment offers. Hiring decisions are made solely by the employer.
6. Employer Terms
6.1 Client Agreements
Employers engaging Oath Services for recruitment must enter into a separate written agreement outlining fees, placement terms, guarantees, and other service details. These Terms supplement, but do not replace, any executed client agreement.
6.2 Job Postings
Employers agree to:
Provide accurate and complete job descriptions
Ensure all posted positions comply with applicable employment laws
Not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic
Pay agreed-upon fees for successful placements or services rendered
6.3 Candidate Solicitation
Employers agree not to solicit, hire, or engage any candidate introduced by Oath Services without our involvement for a period of [12/24 months] from the date of introduction, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Violation of this provision may result in payment of liquidated damages equal to the agreed-upon placement fee.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Impersonate any person or entity
Harass, threaten, or abuse Oath Services staff or other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access our services without permission
Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without authorization
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
8. Intellectual Property
All content on oathserv.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of Oath Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OATH SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
